Limited liability and indemnity
Last updated 6 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.
What we are responsible for
If something goes wrong with an order, we will put it right: refund it, replace it, or refund the shipping, as set out in our refunds and returns policy.
The limit on our liability
Where the law allows us to limit it, our total liability for any claim connected with a product or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods that claim relates to.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost time, lost profit, the cost of hiring someone else, or delay, whether or not we were told it might happen.
What this page does not do
Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any right you have under federal or state consumer law that cannot be excluded. If a court finds any part of this page unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Using the products safely
A paver mold is a tool. Casting concrete means handling cement, which is caustic when wet, and lifting weight. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, wear gloves and eye protection, and keep children and pets away from wet mixes. You are responsible for using the products safely and for the work you do with them.
We do not claim any product prevents injury or damage, and none of them is a safety device.
Indemnity
If you use a product in a way it was not intended for, or in breach of these terms, and that causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it. This does not apply to a claim caused by our own negligence or by a fault in the product.
