Billing terms and conditions

Definitions

The seller is the owner of this website, Concrete Mold Company USA, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. The buyer is the person or organisation placing the order. Goods are the products the buyer has ordered.

Payment

All payments are due when the order is placed. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order is not placed and nothing ships. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Stripe, and PayPal.

Prices

Every price on this site is in US dollars. No sales tax is added at the checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is paid by the buyer at the rate calculated at the checkout. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the United States; an order shipped outside the United States is charged for shipping. If an item is lost in transit, we refund the item and the shipping. Our full terms are on the shipping page.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our refunds and returns policy, which sets out the 15 day window, what you need, and what it costs. Shipping charges on a returned item are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty, damaged, wrongly sent or not as described.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled until it ships. See the refunds and returns policy for how, and for the cancellation fee.

Complaints

Send complaints to theteam@concretepavermolds.com. Every case is looked at individually and we will come back to you. If you are not satisfied with the answer, email caseresolution@customersupport.care and a different person will review it.

Your rights

Nothing on this page or anywhere on this site takes away a right you have under federal or state consumer law, including the implied warranty of merchantability where your state provides one, and the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule on shipping times and refunds.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the state in which the buyer resides, and nothing here requires you to bring a claim anywhere other than where you live.

These terms can change. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it. Placing an order means you agree to them.
