Refunds and returns

If something is wrong with your order

Tell us straight away at theteam@concretepavermolds.com. If the item is faulty, arrived damaged, is missing parts, is not what you ordered or does not do what the maker says it does, we refund or exchange it and none of the charges below apply to you. That is your right and nothing on this page takes it away.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled at any time until it ships. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so contact us within 12 hours if you need to change or cancel. A 12.5% service and processing fee applies on cancellations. Once packing and shipping have started, an order cannot be cancelled and the returns process below applies instead.

Changed your mind

You can return a product within 15 days of buying it. For a change-of-mind return, which includes finding a better price, deciding you no longer need it, or ordering the wrong item:

• A non-refundable $29 per order covers the original packing and handling.
• Return postage to the warehouse the parcel came from is yours to pay.

What we need to accept a return

• The product was bought within the last 15 days.
• It is in its original packaging.
• You have the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website.

We cannot accept returns of anything bought from a third-party retailer.

How to start a return

Email theteam@concretepavermolds.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will tell you where to send it.

Getting your money back

Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us. The money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, or we can hold it as credit against a future order if you would rather.

Still not right

If you are not happy with how a return has been handled, email caseresolution@customersupport.care and a different person will look at it.
