Who we are

This website is https://concretepavermolds.com, run by Concrete Mold Company USA, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our administration office is 700 SW Fifth Ave, Portland, Oregon 97204, United States.

What we collect, and why

  • When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number. We need these to take the order, ship it and tell you where it is.
  • When you use the contact form: your name, email address and your message, so we can answer you.
  • When you browse: standard analytics about which pages are visited, described below.

Card details

We never see or store your card number. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal on their own systems, and we receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.

Who processes your data

  • Stripe and PayPal for payment.
  • Resend for order confirmation and shipping emails.
  • Vercel, which hosts this site.
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, for traffic measurement and advertising.
  • The courier that carries your parcel, which needs your name, address and phone number.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

Cookies

Two kinds. The cart remembers what you put in it, which is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. More detail is on the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

  • Order records: seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it.
  • Contact form messages: two years.
  • Analytics: as configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

Your choices

Email theteam@concretepavermolds.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do it, apart from records we are legally required to keep. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly and we honour them for everyone regardless of where you live.

Children

This store is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
