Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United States. Delivery times are the same wherever you are: 5 to 7 days once your order has been handled.

Our checkout will accept an address outside the United States. If you are ordering from abroad, email theteam@concretepavermolds.com before you buy so we can confirm what we can do and what it will cost.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $60 or more. Below that, a flat $22 charge applies. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so there is no surprise at the checkout.

We do not currently offer an express or next-day option. Every order goes by the same tracked service.

Sales tax

No sales tax is added at the checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay for the goods.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. Molds are bulky and heavy for their size, and a large order of edging can take the upper end of that range.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you sooner than that.

Separate parcels

Items in one order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it.
