Which payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
Every price on this site is in US dollars.
What are your shipping options and how long will it take?
Delivery is free across the United States on orders of $60 or more, and a flat $22 below that. Orders arrive in 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling and processing time.
Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax is added at the checkout. The price you see is the price you pay for the goods.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
You are sent a receipt by email as soon as payment is made, and a second email with a tracking number once the parcel has shipped.
Do you have a shop location?
No. We are an online supplier with no physical shop or premises, which is how the savings get passed on.
Can I return my item?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. A faulty, damaged, wrong or misdescribed item is refunded or exchanged at no cost to you.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order ships it is marked complete and you get a confirmation email with a tracking number.
I have not received my order yet. Is it lost?
Email theteam@concretepavermolds.com with your order number and we will check it. Most emails are answered within one business day.
How many pavers will one mold make?
As many as you like. The mold is lifted off as soon as the pour has set enough to hold its shape, and used again straight away. That is the whole point of a reusable mold.
