Orders can be cancelled until they ship. Contact us within 12 hours, because most orders ship within 24 hours. A 12.5% service and processing fee applies on cancellations.

Yes, within 15 days of purchase, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. If you are returning because you changed your mind, a non-refundable $29 per order covers the original packing and handling, and the return postage is yours. If the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what the maker says it does, we refund or exchange it and that charge does not apply.
